Join T1 as a System Analyst focusing on NLP and LLM, responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting product analytics.
Responsibilities
- Gather, formalize, and agree on requirements with business units and external clients, maintain a comprehensive product backlog.
- Analyze current business processes, design target processes and solution architecture (BPMN/UML, integration contracts, data flows).
- Prepare and support the complete project documentation package: vision, BRD/FRD, specifications, API specifications, integration diagrams.
- Interact with development and QA: task decomposition, participate in grooming/planning, acceptance of results, support releases.
- Product analytics: generate metrics, exports via SQL, participate in A/B tests and make product decisions based on data.
- Domain and architecture expertise: participate in design sessions, review solutions, suggest improvements for performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Confident in requirement description methods: use case, user story, BPMN/UML, user scenarios.
- Practical experience in writing and agreeing on specifications, functional specifications, API specifications.
- Basic SQL skills for independent queries and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of web services and REST API architecture, microservices.
- Understanding of CI/CD, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), queues, caching.
- Basic knowledge in AI/ML, LLM, and product analytics (metrics, A/B tests).
- Facilitation skills and conducting interviews/workshops with business and technical teams.
