Join T1 as the Head of AI Development, managing AI products from concept to launch, coordinating teams, and optimizing model performance.
Description
T1 is focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions and products, driving innovation in the AI space.
Responsibilities
- Manage AI products from idea to production.
- Participate in developing the AI strategy (Roadmap, KPI, prioritization of initiatives).
- Develop architecture for AI solutions.
- Coordinate teams: Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers.
- Solve scaling issues and data quality problems.
- Launch PoC and MVP AI products.
- Optimize model inference (speed, cost, accuracy).
- Fine-tune open-source models for business tasks.
Requirements
- Education: higher.
- Work experience: at least 5 years in a relevant position.
- Experience in the AI domain.
- Experience in commercial development, broad technical knowledge.
- Presentation skills for C-level with value propositions.
- Agile/Scrum for ML projects.
- Languages: Python, SQL.
- ML/DS: scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain.
- MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Data: Spark, DWH (BigQuery, Snowflake), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
- Experience in team management is mandatory.
