Reaktiv is looking for a Team Lead to manage a cross-functional development team remotely. The role involves coding, team management, and architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional development team of 6-8 people (developers, analysts, testers)
- Decompose tasks and distribute them within the team
- Define the architecture and technology stack for new projects and tasks
- Write code, conduct code reviews, and assist the team in making technical decisions
- Control the quality of the team's work results
- Develop the team, help engineers grow, share expertise, and shape engineering culture
- Participate in team formation, prepare job descriptions, and conduct interviews
- Onboard new employees together with HR
- Provide feedback and monitor team climate
- Manage the motivational part of employee compensation
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in managing a development team for at least one year
- Primarily an engineer and ready to write code independently
- Confident experience in PHP development
- Comfortable working with legacy code
- Ready to make technical decisions and participate in architectural development
- Able to establish development processes
- There will be a probation period to understand if we are a good fit
- Candidates from Perm are preferred
