About this role
Lion Target is looking for a Targetologist to manage advertising campaigns for real estate developers and agencies. Fully remote position with a salary range of 70,000 - 120,000 RUB.

Lion Target is a marketing agency specializing in promoting real estate developers, agencies, and realtors.
Responsibilities
- Setting up advertising campaigns on VKontakte / Telegram Ads / Yandex.Direct.
- Analyzing target audience and competitors, segmenting audiences, and forming advertising hypotheses.
- Developing launch strategies: audience → offer → creative → testing → scaling.
- Planning tests, determining evaluation criteria, and making decisions based on results.
- Preparing advertising offers and texts, formulating unique selling propositions for different audience segments.
- Analyzing advertising metrics, identifying causes of drops and growth points.
- Evaluating the entire funnel: from advertising and applications to lead quality and deals.
- Setting tasks for the designer and preparing simple creatives independently if necessary.
- For Telegram: launching Telegram Ads and seeding, analyzing channels through TGStat/Telemetr, working with UTM tags.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a targetologist / performance marketer.
- Practical experience in independently managing advertising campaigns: from strategy preparation and launch to optimization and reporting.
- Experience with at least one of the main tools: VK Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex.Direct.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or related niches is a plus. Interest in real estate and willingness to develop in this niche is also important.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a team and follow established processes, accept feedback, and refine tasks.
