Join Sber as a Team Lead (C#/.NET) with at least 3 years of experience. Lead product development and infrastructure on .NET Core in a hybrid work format.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure results, participate in task evaluation, and control quality and deadlines of modifications.
- Develop products and infrastructure on the .NET Core platform, including in the cloud environment, as a Senior Developer (up to 50% of the time): code review, complex areas, architectural solution prototypes.
- Automate deployment and monitoring processes in the cloud: OpenShift, Istio, Kafka.
- Update the solution architecture of the project: module decomposition, eliminate outdated code, increase fault tolerance.
- Formulate the technology development strategy of the system.
- Interact with other roles (testers, analysts, architects, and managers) inside and outside the team.
- Develop the technical skills of team members, interview and mentor newcomers.

Requirements
- Experience as a Team Lead for at least 3 years in industrial development on C# / .NET.
- Skills in managing the delivery process: planning, prioritization, execution control.
- Knowledge of how to build microservices and orchestrate services in cloud environments.
- Experience in refactoring and stabilizing complex systems.
- Experience in automating infrastructure to ensure smooth operations in the cloud (K8s).
- Willingness to delve into financial mathematics.
