Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Telesales and partners through communication and follow-up on process implementation.
- Coordinate the implementation of operational initiatives and projects, tracking action plans, responsibilities, timelines, and KPIs.
- Analyze operational performance indicators to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor onboarding and nesting processes to ensure a smooth transition for teams.
- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and operational performance.
- Maintain and update procedures, manuals, and training materials to ensure clear and accessible information.
- Monitor compliance with processes and quality standards, coordinating corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in telesales operations, call center, customer experience, training, quality, or operational support.
- Experience in onboarding processes and operational performance monitoring.
- Experience in delivering training and operational support.
- Experience documenting processes and training materials.
- Experience in quality monitoring and operational indicators.
- Experience analyzing processes for improvement opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in executing action plans focused on results.
- Experience working with external partners is desirable.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
