AllFormance is seeking a TikTok AdOps Manager to enhance client relationships and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok. This remote role involves strategic consulting and data-driven marketing.

- Conduct audits of client advertising campaigns, analyze effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage advertising campaigns on TikTok to maximize efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct onboarding calls for clients, helping them learn the platform.
- Assist with TikTok Pixel setup and integration of various MMPs.
- Build effective communication with clients, immersing in their needs.
- Develop strategic consultations and recommendations.
- Proven experience with TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads Manager, including deep knowledge of platform features, setup, and optimization of campaigns.
- Experience with MMP: AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data, and provide recommendations aimed at improving campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain technically complex topics clearly in both Russian and English (from B2).
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and best practices for creatives is a strong advantage.
