About this role
Join our international holding as a TL Bonus Manager, leading a team and managing bonus policies in the iGaming industry.
Description
An international holding that creates technological B2B solutions for the entertainment industry. The company develops end-to-end products that help partners launch and scale their business in global markets.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining bonus policies.
- Leading the team of Bonus Managers.
- Onboarding new Bonus Managers.
- Cross-team interaction with bonus clients.
- Consolidating data on key metrics of all Bonus Managers, reporting.
- Data analysis and strategic planning.
- Initiating improvements to the bonus module functionality as needed.
- Collaborating with the development team to enhance the bonus module: testing hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, scaling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
- Experience with various bonus systems.
- Experience in creating bonus policies for different user segments and geos is a plus.
- Experience in team management and onboarding new employees.
- Expert proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience in accounting is a plus.
