- Own the roadmap for a portfolio of security products spanning secure SDLC, vulnerability management, infrastructure security, and platform identity.
- Drive product thinking: who the user is, what adoption looks like, what gets deprecated.
- Spot gaps in the company's security posture, shape them into work the team can own, and bring the case to leadership.
- Resolve ownership questions between teams before they become conflict.
- Grow senior and Staff engineers through sponsorship, not supervision.

- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing a software engineering team.
- 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
- Strong product and design instinct, previous proven experience building delightfully designed experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience working with many engineering teams and cross-functional partners.
- Flexible in leadership style, can adapt to a variety of ways of working depending on the situation.
- Experience leading and shipping large initiatives with high business impact.
Conditions & Benefits
Conditions
- Base pay range: $212,000 — $265,000 USD.
- This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
