We are an advertising agency. We work in the foreign market, launching targeted advertising in the Crypto vertical.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Search and scouting: monitoring external shops, exchanges, and sellers for new types of consumables (RK, BM, FP, King, proxies)
- Networking and reconnaissance: visiting specialized chats, channels, forums to identify new trends in farming and bypassing FB algorithms
- Test launch: running advertising campaigns on small budgets to check the 'viability' of consumables
- Analytics: maintaining reports on metrics: checkout pass rates, selfie launch speed, spend limits, launch costs
- Benchmarking: comparing current internal consumables with market alternatives
- Quality control of sellers: negotiating with suppliers about replacements, wholesale prices, and individual farming conditions
- Creating instructions: writing brief manuals for launching on new types of accounts for the support department and buyers (well-designed)
Requirements
Requirements
- Analytical mindset – ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from 100 launches
- Communication skills (Networking) – ability to build trust with sellers in Telegram chats, negotiate discounts, and learn 'private' positions before they become publicly available
- Stress resilience – calm attitude towards the fact that 80% of tests may fail (this is also a result)
