Looking for a Team Lead / Head of Farm with experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns and a strong understanding of ad accounts and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Provide buyers with working accounts, fulfilling requests in volume and deadlines.
- Gather and test setups, reassemble connections.
- Purchase and test consumables, search and verify sellers.
- Lead farmers: hire, train, distribute workload, control quality.
Requirements
- Experience as Team Lead for at least 6 months / Senior Farmer FB for at least 12 months.
- Confident work with BM, ad accounts, anti-detects, proxies, payment systems.
- Own supplier database and understanding of which consumables are effective.
- Experience with ban waves: understanding reasons for bans, checks, and drops.
