InfinBANK is seeking a strong Anti-Fraud specialist with potential growth to Team Lead or Head. Responsibilities include developing Anti-Fraud strategies, investigating fraudulent operations, and collaborating with IT and business.
Description
InfinBANK has over 4 million users and is focused on developing Anti-Fraud strategies to protect clients and banking products.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Anti-Fraud direction and improve fraud prevention approaches
- Conduct investigations and analyze new fraud schemes
- Develop and enhance rules, monitoring, and models for detecting suspicious activity
- Participate in the development and integration of Anti-Fraud solutions with banking systems and processes
- Assess new banking products and processes from a Fraud Risk perspective
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business to implement anti-fraud initiatives
- For Team Lead / Head - lead the team and develop the Anti-Fraud direction
Requirements
- Practical experience in Anti-Fraud / Fraud Prevention in a bank or financial company
- Understanding of main fraud schemes in remote banking, payments, and acquiring
- Experience in developing or configuring rules, models, and monitoring for fraud detection
- Knowledge of SQL and understanding of integrating Anti-Fraud solutions with banking systems
- Understanding of the requirements of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan regarding fraud prevention and risk management
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking, independence in decision-making
- For Team Lead / Head - experience in team management or developing the relevant direction
- Proficiency in Russian
