About this role
We are looking for a Traffic and Analytics Specialist with experience in adult-themed niches to enhance our paid traffic strategies and optimize campaigns based on real data.
Description
We are a Russian brand of adult goods 18+. We sell our own lines on marketplaces and through our website. The brand name will be revealed during personal communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an audit of current advertising campaigns, metrics, and order data and create a plan for changes.
- Manage and develop Yandex Direct: search campaigns, product campaigns, and retargeting.
- Collect, clean, and cluster semantics, work with negative keywords.
- Set up correct measurement of advertising results: goals, e-commerce, offline conversions, and UTM tags.
- Reconcile advertising expenses with actual paid orders and calculate results considering cost and margin.
- Launch and analyze experiments, including checking the impact of website advertising on brand sales on Ozon and Wildberries.
- Assign tasks to designers for advertising creatives and test headlines, offers, and visuals.
- Provide feedback on landing pages from a conversion perspective.
- Collect a short and clear report weekly: expenses, paid orders, campaign results, what was changed and why.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Yandex Direct in e-commerce: search, product campaigns.
- Experience managing advertising budgets of 300,000 ₽ per month.
- Independent work with semantics: collection, clustering, negative keywords.
- Yandex Metrics setup experience: goals, e-commerce, offline conversions.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and ability to reconcile advertising expenses with actual orders.
- Ability to evaluate advertising based on real economics, not just cabinet metrics.
- Calm attitude towards adult-themed content.
Conditions & Benefits
- Fully remote, the project is expected to be primary.
- Can start with part-time work and gradually increase.
- Office in Moscow, near Nagornaya — optional.

- Own designer and photo studio for creatives.
- Probation period of 1-2 months.
- Salary review based on results after 3 months.
- Salary: from 70,000 ₽ net per month for full-time work. Open to discussion based on experience and relevant cases. For part-time work, workload and payment will also be discussed separately.
