- Configure and administer the Bitrix24 system (migrate entities, set up integration with external systems, configure BI reports)
- Clarify technical requirements with clients
- Prepare text instructions and screencasts
- Set tasks for the development and infrastructure department
Requirements

- Proficient in PC and Google Sheets
- Advanced skills in configuring business and smart processes in Bitrix24
- Experience with webhooks
- API integration
- Basic understanding of PHP
- Ability to prepare SQL queries for BI analytics
- Deep understanding of Bitrix24's standard functionality
- Skills in configuring telephony, connecting messengers, acquiring, and delivery
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-organization and self-learning skills
- Ability to quickly understand new services, applications, and Bitrix24 functionality
- Analytical mindset
- Willingness to work in a remote team
- Responsibility, punctuality, diligence, autonomy, ability to complete tasks
- Required experience: at least 6 months configuring Bitrix24
- Education: at least secondary specialized
- Time zone: readiness to work in Moscow time (GMT+3)
- A plus: experience integrating Bitrix24 and 1C
- An advantage: experience working with AI agents
