About this role
Join USETECH as a System Analyst to work on a platform for issuing digital rights on public blockchains. Remote position available across Russia.
Description

Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify requirements from business stakeholders, forming backlog elements.
- Model business processes and translate them into smart contract architecture.
- Assess the impact of changes on costs, security, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Prepare complete technical documentation (specifications, interaction diagrams, user scenarios).
- Participate in code audits and testing, review results.
- Support the release process: verify compliance of the delivered product with requirements, prepare release notes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in system analysis of IT processes, minimum 2 years in Ethereum blockchain projects.
- Participation in the full development cycle of dApp applications: requirements gathering, business logic modeling, technical documentation preparation, post-release support.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum network architecture, node roles, consensus mechanisms.
- Ability to evaluate business logic, security, and gas costs.
- Skills in formalizing requirements: user stories, use-case diagrams, BPMN models, non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
- Proficiency in task and documentation management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to create UML diagrams and describe APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger).
- Experience coordinating with QA teams to validate test cases for smart contract business logic.
- Ability to write technical documentation: NatSpec comments, specifications, roadmaps, presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills: translating business goals into technical requirements and explaining them to developers.
- Engineering mindset: building logical models, identifying bottlenecks and potential risks.
