USETECH is looking for a Senior Golang Developer with over 6 years of experience to design technical solutions and ensure high-quality architecture in a remote full-time position.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions for integration tasks of varying complexity, closely collaborating with mobile client teams.
- Take responsibility for the product's codebase and proactively improve project architecture quality.
- Deliver high-load services using CI/CD in K8s across multiple data centers.
- Demonstrate a structured approach to writing tests.
- Ensure uninterrupted service operation and maintain the required SLO level.
- Be a role model for less experienced colleagues and convey our values to the rest of the team.

Requirements
- Experience in team development with our tech stack.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of Go.
- Adhere to KISS, DRY, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Worked with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Write clean and understandable code with detailed comments.
- Familiar with development methodologies and software design patterns.
- Knowledge of Docker, K8s, Gitlab, Kibana, Prometheus.
- Experience with UI Kit or have written your own.
- Believe that teamwork is not just about writing code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate in complex situations.
- Ability to analyze and think strategically.
- Ability to find simple answers to complex questions.
