About this role
Join Xapo as a Treasury Manager and oversee cash and banking processes in a fully remote role. Leverage your crypto experience and financial expertise to optimize liquidity and manage risks.

Xapo Bank is a fully distributed team of over 160 Xapiens working remotely from 50+ countries. We aim to provide economic freedom and wealth protection globally. We are committed to changing the way things are done.
Responsibilities
- Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positions, optimise cash balances, and invest surplus funds to maximise returns while maintaining liquidity.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate cash-related risks, develop risk management strategies.
- Bank Relationship Management: Support relationships with financial institutions and negotiate banking terms.
- Treasury Reporting: Own and develop Treasury Management Information capturing daily cash positions.
- Cash Management Policies: Develop and enforce policies to safeguard company assets.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects related to Cash Management and Treasury.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years in a fintech or equivalent environment.
- Qualifications: CFA or CIMA or similar qualification.
- Crypto Experience: Must have experience in the crypto space.
- Skills: Ability to build spreadsheets and monitoring tools, strong understanding of financial principles, analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail.
