International IT company Headliner is looking for an experienced Middle+/Senior UX/UI Designer for their fintech project. Hybrid work format available.
Description
We are an international IT company with our main office in Saint Petersburg. We are looking for an experienced Middle+/Senior UX/UI designer for the company's fintech project.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead product directions (web & mobile);
- Collaborate with PM, analytics, and development: from hypothesis to launch and metric analysis;
- Develop a cross-platform design system (Web + App);
- Design promotional mechanics, internal campaigns, and landing pages together with marketing;
- Gather requirements, dive into business tasks, and defend your solutions based on data.
Requirements
- Experience in product design (web and mobile applications) for at least 5 years;
- Strong product thinking: ability to formulate success metrics, prioritize, and reasonably reject unnecessary features;
- Experience in solving marketing and growth tasks;
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layouts, libraries);
- Working English (oral and written).
