Pampas Casino is looking for a VIP & Loyalty Sales Manager for the Latin American market. Experience in iGaming, sales, and VIP support is required.
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming / betting / gambling
- Experience in sales, VIP support, retention, or account management
- Residing in Latin America
- Ability to sell through trust rather than pressure
- Understanding of key metrics (LTV, churn, deposits, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and client databases
- Experience with VIP / high-value players is a plus
- Own contact base in iGaming is a plus
- Experience in LatAm markets (MX, AR, CL, CO, PE)
- English for internal communication
- Fluent Spanish (LatAm slang)
