Riverstart collaborates with clients such as FC CSKA, Dobro.rf, Vnukovo Airport, Nizhny Novgorod Government, MTS, Yandex, PAO Magnit, Lamoda, and more.

- Conduct design reviews and art direction
- Coordinate the process: task distribution, quality control, meeting deadlines
Requirements

- Strong sense of visual style (composition, typography, color)
- Developed visual awareness in web design and graphics
- Experience in developing visual concepts for websites (2-3 options per project)
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX and web design
- Experience in art direction and conducting design reviews
- Confident communication: argumentation of decisions, working with client and team feedback
- Proactivity, flexibility, ability to quickly immerse in new niches and contexts
- Modern stack and ability to optimize processes with AI tools
