- Experience as a 1C architect or lead developer for at least 5 years
- Practical experience in development on the 1C platform
- Experience in designing 1C configurations
- Knowledge and practical experience with ERP systems based on 1C
- Experience with high-load solutions on the 1C platform
- Deep understanding of DBMS: profiling, analysis, and query optimization
- Practical experience in implementing CI/CD for 1C: automated build and testing
- Experience in team management and technical leadership
- Ability to justify and defend technical solutions
