Kontur is a company that specializes in providing IT solutions and services. We are looking for a 1C Implementation Programmer to join our Logistics team.

- Adapt and configure the 1C module in the client's accounting system.
- Analyze client requirements and configure service parameters accordingly.
- Prepare and agree on technical specifications with the client.
- Diagnose and resolve issues during implementation.
- Communicate with the client for testing service usage scenarios and clarify details during implementation.
- Consult the client on service functionality, provide recommendations for process optimization, and support in resolving arising issues.
- Conduct training for client employees: familiarize them with the main functions of the service and answer questions.

- Experience as a 1C programmer for at least 1.5 years.
- Strong knowledge of 1C: queries, registers, virtual tables.
- Experience working with technical specifications: modifications, simple data exchanges/conversions, testing solutions.
- Good business communication skills. Ability to easily find common ground with colleagues and clients: IT specialists, directors, software users.
- Willingness to work with external clients and immerse in their business processes.
- Quick learner, ability to make decisions independently, readiness for a fast-paced work environment.
