About this role
RiverTraffic is seeking an Account Manager / Partner Hunter to find new advertisers and partners, negotiate deals, and scale collaborations. The role requires initiative and a strong understanding of the advertising market.
Description
RiverTraffic is looking for an Account Manager / Partner Hunter — a person who knows the advertising market, can find the right partners, reach decision-makers, and turn the first contact into stable revenue.
Responsibilities
- Search for and onboard new advertisers and partners;
- Reach out to target companies and decision-makers, negotiate, and drive them to launch;
- Develop existing partners and increase collaboration volumes;
- Select formats, GEO, and traffic sources based on advertisers' needs;
- Work with Gambling, Betting, Dating, Cam, Apps, Utilities, and other verticals;
- Work with Video Pre-roll, Pop, Push, Native, Display, and RTB;
- Analyze results with optimizers and find scaling opportunities;
- Monitor the market, competitors, and new potential partners;
- Represent RiverTraffic at international conferences and meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in Ad Network / Affiliate / Programmatic / Media Buying for at least 1 year;
- Ability to independently find and attract new partners;
- Experience in negotiations and client development;
- Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, and key advertising metrics;
- Understanding of traffic economics;
- English language skills for working with international partners;
- Independence, initiative, and results-oriented.
