About this role
Join a growing European iGaming company as an Affiliate Manager. Work remotely and help expand our affiliate team while managing existing partnerships and sourcing new ones.
Description
We are a product-focused iGaming company with our own platform and development team. Operating for about 6 years, we started by developing platforms and brands for other operators and have been operating our products for the last 4 years. We currently have 4 active brands and are launching a new one. Our team is distributed worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Search for and connect new webmasters and teams, monitor market changes.
- Develop and maintain the existing affiliate base.
- Work with GEO Tier-1 / Western Europe: Canada, Germany and DACH, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand (additionally Scandinavia and Poland).
- Work with various traffic sources: FB, Influence, SEO, PPC, Mobile/Apps, etc.
- Monitor traffic quality and profitability, key metrics (FTD, deposits, redeposits, conversion).
- Negotiate and resolve disputes with partners based on analytics and anti-fraud data.
Requirements
- Relevant hands-on experience in iGaming as an Affiliate Manager.
- Experience in independently sourcing and connecting new partners.
- Results backed by numbers (FTD, Total Deposits, ROI / NGR).
- Experience with multiple traffic sources and CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
- Understanding of traffic quality and factors affecting profitability.
- Experience working without prepayment for traffic.
- English language from B1 (B2 is a plus).
- Time zone close to European (±1–2 hours difference).
