- Review all Affiliate system operations and relevant sections, including the Dashboard, New Users, New Players, Affiliate Withdrawals, and Active Players to identify potential technical issues, verify data accuracy, and escalate any inconsistencies to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Check payment requests of Affiliate partners, according to which the payment request is Approved/Rejected.
- Update the Withdraw Report, in case of problems (fraud case, Bad Traffic, etc.) taking appropriate actions in accordance with the work processes defined in the section.
- Check the Fix Fee Payments of Affiliate partners on the relevant platforms and approve/reject them. In case of questions, make the necessary clarifications.
- Study registered affiliate players in all regions to monitor the possible uncontrollable flow of players and detect possible Fraud Registrations.
- Check Umbrella/Login IP Report and compile relevant reports, processing Alerts generated by Umbrella.
- Check the accounts of new affiliates (New Users) registered and activated in the Affiliate system, study their Commission Plan.
- Cooperate with the risk management team to develop strategies to reduce operational and financial risks.
- Report risk findings to management and propose process improvement measures.
- Check Player Accounts, create relevant reports in case of detection of MultiAccount, Fraud registrations, or any other type of motivated traffic, as well as update existing reports, and transfer them to the relevant departments via JIRA requests to perform relevant actions with player accounts (To Block, To Restrict, Document & Selfie Request for Verification, Restriction from Bonuses, Affiliate Balance Correction, etc.)
