WATT Games is looking for an experienced Art Director for the project 'Tsarevna' to lead the art vision and manage the art team.
Responsibilities
- Forming and developing the overall art vision of the game.
- Art direction of the project at all stages.
- Managing the art team (in-house and outsourced).
- Task setting, deadline control, and quality assurance.
- Planning the art pipeline and team workload.
- Art review and approval of visual materials.
- Ensuring visual consistency in the game.
- Synchronizing the art part with game design and production.
Requirements
- Experience as an art lead / art director in game development for at least 3 years.
- Understanding and experience in building art pipelines and production processes.
- Strong artistic vision and sense of style.
- Experience in managing an art team.
- Ability to plan and work with deadlines.
- Mandatory experience with UE.
- Released single-player projects on PC or consoles.
