- Search and test new channels for attracting B2B clients;
- Formulate and validate marketing hypotheses;
- Work with positioning, website, and case studies;
- Analyze the market, competitors, and marketing results;
- Manage incoming leads: correspondence, qualification, leading to a call with the CEO, preparing proposals, and supporting the deal.
- Candidates must have experience attracting clients in the Russian-speaking market in one of the following areas:
- Custom/web/mobile development;
- UX/UI and product design;
- IT integrations;
- Web studios and development agencies.
- Experience in both marketing and lead generation is suitable if you have worked specifically in one of these areas.
- Work format: remote
- Employment: full-time
- Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM MSK
- Salary: 50,000–100,000 ₽ net + additional motivation
- Direct work with the CEO;
- Budget and resources for testing hypotheses;
- Own CRM and internal tools AutoFreelance and MakeDifference Offers;
- Paid necessary work software.
