About this role
Join Bee Talents as a B2B Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and optimize marketing funnels. Work in a hybrid model with a focus on content promotion and collaboration with the Business Development team.

Responsibilities
- Planning and responsibility for the entire marketing and sales funnel.
- Promotion and distribution of content to ensure it reaches the audience and converts.
- Email campaigns and marketing automation using tools like HubSpot.
- Managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Analyzing and optimizing actions based on data.
- Making changes on the website via WordPress and Webflow.
- Coordinating marketing-related trips and conferences.
Requirements
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and ability to translate marketing actions into inquiries.
- Independent, documented experience in content promotion.
- Experience with email campaigns and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to write simple copy for emails or posts.
- Fluent English (min. B2) and perfect Polish.

- Salary: 8,800 - 11,300 PLN net B2B or 6,750 - 9,400 PLN gross UoP.
