• Implementing AI agents directly with major enterprise clients in Poland.

Daily Tasks

• Implementation and integration of AI agents with client systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, ERP).
• Working onsite with client teams; translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyzing enterprise architecture and processes to identify technical and process intricacies affecting solution performance.
• Iterative deployment, testing, and optimization of AI agents in real business conditions.
• Working with legacy systems; understanding the limitations and specifics of older software versions.
• Ensuring scalability and independence of deployed agents; the system must operate stably even after the deployment team withdraws.
• Participating in the full delivery cycle: from demos and discovery workshops to pilot implementation and production support.

What You Will Need

• Solid experience as a backend engineer (technology-agnostic).
• Experience in deployments in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with legacy systems and understand the limitations of older architectures.
• Strong soft skills; ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders on the client side.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
