Responsibilities
- Connecting top specialists with leading companies in Tech and other growing business areas.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conducting research and sourcing candidates using various tools.
- Writing job postings and personalized messages.
- Conducting interviews with candidates across various roles.
- Supporting candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and advising on recruitment processes.
- Sharing knowledge and supporting less experienced team members.
- Participating in projects to improve internal processes and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in recruiting for specialist positions in IT or new technologies.
- Ability to source candidates independently.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset and appreciation for collaboration.
- Openness to feedback and personal development.
- Interest in technology and eagerness to learn about the industry.
