We are a cool Russian fintech startup, representing an ecosystem that combines the worlds of crypto and fiat (NDA). We have several business directions, one of which we are building from scratch and are currently strengthening the team.
Responsibilities
- Blockchain integrations:
- MPC/TSS: Integration and operation of MPC/TSS signing coordinator in production
- Development and quality: Development of backend services in Kotlin/Spring, as well as support and development of services in Golang and Rust
- Code review, making architectural decisions, developing and improving blockchain integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial backend development;
- 3+ years of practical experience with blockchain integrations in production;
- Commercial experience in crypto or fintech is mandatory.
- Confident development of backend services in Kotlin/Spring; reading, supporting, and modifying services in Golang in production
- Understanding of event-driven architecture, idempotency, and consistency of financial data
- Understanding both transaction models - UTXO and account - at the level of construction, signing, and sending to production
- Experience in building wallet infrastructure: processing incoming transfers, withdrawals, real-time fee management
- Experience writing blockchain indexers in production, including handling network reorganizations
- Experience integrating MPC/TSS in production - understanding threshold signature schemes not just theoretically
- Mathematical background: understanding cryptographic primitives at the application level
