We are looking for a strong Brand Manager to develop a new digital direction in the Belarusian market for a well-known betting company.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and target audience research to identify growth opportunities for the brand;
- Organize marketing research and translate insights into specific business and marketing decisions;
- Develop brand and communication strategy for the new direction;
- Create and manage the brand communication calendar;
- Lead the creation of communication materials and advertising campaigns;
- Coordinate the work of advertising, creative, and research agencies;
- Work with cross-functional teams within marketing;
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and brand metrics, providing recommendations for further development;
- Manage projects and contractors, ensuring deadlines and quality of execution.
Requirements
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing;
- Practical experience in developing brand/communication strategy independently;
- Experience with digital products or services and understanding of consumer digital specifics;
- Experience in launching and managing 360° marketing and communication campaigns;
- Ability to work with research, analytics, and make data-driven decisions;
- Experience in iGaming/betting/lottery or other high-risk or regulated digital sectors is a significant advantage.
