About this role

Join onRails as a Business Development Lead. Seeking candidates with 3+ years in business development and fluent English. Experience in Web3 is a plus.

Description

onRails is an asset infrastructure for the Canton Network: transferring assets on-chain with privacy, compliance, and atomic settlement. The key product is cETH, a 1:1 representation of ETH on Canton, secured by locked ETH in Ethereum smart contracts.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in business development / partnerships / ecosystem development
  • Ability to close complex deals independently
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Web3 is a plus
