About this role
ARC Trading is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in crypto and a strong network. The role involves seeking Web3 projects in need of market making and engaging with key decision-makers.
Description
We are ARC Trading - we engage in market making for tokens on CEX and DEX. We work with projects at the Pre TGE stage, during listing, and post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Search for Web3 projects that need market making;
- Reach out to founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of BD, and other decision-makers;
- Conduct outreach via Telegram, LinkedIn, email, conferences, and personal network;
- Conduct initial calls to understand project needs;
- Develop relationships with funds, exchanges, launchpads, agencies, and other partners;
- Maintain CRM.
Requirements
- Experience in BD or sales in crypto/Web3;
- Understanding of how TGE, listings, and the token market work;
- Ability to reach founders and organize meetings;
- Proficient in English.
