About this role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of Web3 products to build a systematic BD strategy that attracts new users, partners, and deals.
Description
We are an IT company developing a product ecosystem in Web3 and DeFi, including DEX, tokens, GameFi, an educational platform, mempad, and a marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Search for and attract Web3 projects, crypto teams, communities, KOLs, funds, exchanges, agencies, and infrastructure partners;
- Conduct the full cycle of negotiations — from the first contact to signing agreements and launching cooperation;
- Build a network of regional representatives and community leaders;
- Develop partnerships with exchanges, market makers, wallets, and payment services;
- Organize meetups, presentations, and represent the company at conferences;
- Support listings, integrations, and external launches;
- Establish a working BD system: CRM, funnel, reporting, forecasting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic development;
- Practical experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto;
- Understanding of the token market, exchanges, listings, liquidity, and launchpad models;
- Proven experience in attracting large partners and communities;
- Ability to independently reach decision-makers and close deals;
- Experience in building a partner network or community-driven structure;
- Willingness to travel and participate in international events;
- English — at least Upper-Intermediate.
