An IT company in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking an HR Business Partner to develop HR processes and support business and corporate culture.
Description
An IT product company developing high-load projects in the field of entertainment, gaming, and sports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy in line with business goals
- Advise managers on management, development, motivation, and retention of employees
- Support organizational changes and business transformations
- Assess employee engagement and implement initiatives to enhance it
- Develop performance review processes, potential assessment, and employee training
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (EJM)
- Plan hiring and interact with recruitment teams
- Analyze HR metrics: turnover, engagement, effectiveness, and reasons for resignations
- Enhance internal communications and corporate culture
Requirements
- Experience as an HRBP
- Practical experience in building and optimizing HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with managers
- Willingness to work in a multitasking and uncertain environment
- Proactivity, independence, and result orientation
