Description

Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner and consultant for leaders on all HR matters
- Manage performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes
- Address complex employee relations issues
- Collaborate with the HR team to optimize processes and implement best practices
- Support changes in the company and develop a high-performing inclusive culture
- Work with modern HR and productivity tools
- Support HR processes in distributed offices across Europe
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in financial services, fintech, or IT
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence business leaders
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee relations
- Knowledge of EU labor legislation is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with modern HR tools; knowledge of Workable, BambooHR, and ClickUp is a plus
