About this role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at PGON, an international online broker. You will attract partners and users to our products and help promote our brand.

We are a group of companies. One of our projects is an international online broker providing access to trading in financial markets. We are currently expanding our Business Development team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Attracting and communicating with potential partners who will bring users to our products;
- Searching for channels and methods to attract new users in your assigned region;
- Conducting presentations on our products for potential clients and partners;
- Managing and developing partnerships after the start of cooperation;
- Assisting partners in organizing conferences, seminars, events, promotional activities, and PR activities to promote our brand's products in the regions.
Requirements
Requirements
- Fluent English or Russian for internal communication;
- Your native language for working with the region;
- Understanding of marketing specifics and methods for attracting clients in your region;
- Experience in the financial sector as a trader or investor, or experience working in a brokerage company as an employee or partner will be an advantage.
