IT holding with a Web3 ecosystem (DEX, educational products, mempad, etc.) is looking for a strong product leader.
Responsibilities

- Formulate product vision and strategy
- Conduct product discovery: hypotheses, research, A/B testing
- Manage roadmap and prioritization
- Work at the intersection of Dev, Data/AI, UX, and legal
- Define and develop product metrics
- Launch and scale monetization with growth/marketing
- Manage the product team (PM, BizDev, analyst)
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product role in Web3
- Experience launching products from scratch and bringing them to market
- Experience in a startup environment
- Strong data-driven approach and working with metrics
- Practice in discovery, UX, and requirement setting (PRD, user stories)
- Experience working with multiple products or streams
- Skills in monetization and growth
- English from B2
