- Negotiate paid, revshare, early access, and other collaboration formats.
- Maintain a database of influencers and monitor current collaborations.
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and improve results.

- Experience working with crypto influencers for at least 3 months.
- Understanding of utility and DeFi projects.
- Ability to turn product mechanics into clear marketing.
- Good written English.
- Independence and initiative.
