Join Monad Foundation as a Business Marketing Lead to drive marketing execution and build relationships with key stakeholders in the decentralized tech space.
Description
Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders on a mission to grow the impact of decentralized tech. Monad blockchain, a performant and parallel EVM Layer 1, aims to help decentralized apps thrive.
Responsibilities
- Drive business marketing execution across BD's highest-priority deals.
- Lead GTM activations with external partners.
- Build content infrastructure for BD.
- Measure outcomes and optimize marketing programs.
- Manage asynchronous workstreams across geographies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing.
- Experience with co-marketing programs.
- Ability to build narratives for complex technical products.
- Empirically minded with strong AI tool skills.
- Familiarity with the crypto and tech landscape.
