- Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
- Manage office vendors, facilities needs, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
- Manage inventory, and the shipping and receiving of workstations, devices, and technical hardware.
- Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
- 1+ years of experience in business operations, project management, office management, procurement or a related field.
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail—you naturally create structure, establish priorities, and keep things moving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward practical solutions and execution.
- Must be based in Nashville and able to work from the Nashville office five days per week.
