Business Operations & Security Project Management Support
- Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
- Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
- Expertly project manage across teams on operational high-visibility, high-impact technical projects.
- Drive documentation, evidence collection, process improvements, and cross-functional follow-up related to compliance and business operations.
- Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively work to resolve them.
- Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
- Experience working with GRC platforms, SOC 2 audits, security controls, or compliance programs is a plus.
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
- Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management, or security operations is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail—you naturally create structure, establish priorities, and keep things moving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward practical solutions and execution.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; Security+ and PMP certifications are a plus, but not required.
