About this role
Inwizo is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in managing operations and strategic initiatives in a leading FinTech company.
Description
Inwizo is one of the largest international FinTech companies and a market leader in payment solutions. The company is actively scaling, working with clients worldwide, and is looking for a Chief of Staff who will become a key partner to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's agenda and assist in decision-making.
- Prepare materials for meetings, document agreements, and ensure their execution.
- Coordinate the work of top managers and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in PAYMENTS in roles such as Chief of Staff, COO, CEO Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Project Management.
- Experience working directly with the CEO or C-level executives.
- Ability to quickly structure information, build processes, and drive tasks to completion.
- Proficient in English at B2+ level or higher.
