Responsibilities
- Financial strategy and consolidated group reporting (IFRS);
- Building financial chains and controlling cash flows;
- Establishing corporate and holding structures (SPV, subsidiaries);
- International tax planning and transfer pricing;
- Managing treasury, liquidity, and intra-group financing;
- Attracting financing (loans, bonds, investments);
- Financial evaluation and support for M&A transactions;
- Managing currency and financial risks;
- Reporting to the board of directors and investors;
- Compliance control (AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA);
- Leading financial teams of subsidiaries;
- Budgeting and KPIs for the group.
