About this role
Inwizo is seeking a Chief Architect to lead the architecture of their fintech payment infrastructure in Cyprus, with a salary range of 7000-9000 EUR.
Description
Inwizo is an international fintech company with a large payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Forming target architecture for the ecosystem of processing, eCommerce, P2P/APM, wallets, billing, reconciliation, antifraud, and data.
- Unifying multiple processors, legacy systems, and autonomous tech teams into a single architecture.
- Legacy modernization, monolith decomposition, and development of the platform layer.
- Architectural standards for API, events, data, security, observability, and integrations.
- Participation in architectural due diligence and integration of new technological assets.
Requirements
- Experience as Chief Architect / Head of Architecture / Enterprise or Platform Architect.
- Strong expertise in Payments, PSP, Processing, Acquiring, Issuing, Banking Tech, or Regulated Fintech.
- Deep understanding of high-load and distributed systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and microservices.
- Practical experience in building architecture at the level of multiple systems and teams.
