Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Process incoming customer inquiries;
- Conduct outgoing communication — write to clients and maintain contact;
- Consult clients on the company's services and products;
- Present and promote the company's services;
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions;
- Support clients at all stages of interaction;
- Record communication results and maintain work reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficient Russian language;
- Confident communication in messengers;
- Communicative and proactive;
- Availability of a laptop or PC;
- Stable internet connection;
- Responsibility and discipline;
- Experience in sales, promotion, or support is a plus.
