Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop channels: Instagram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter)
• Regularly publish content and communicate with the audience
• Increase engagement (ER, retention, activity)

Audience Interaction:

• Answer questions, moderate, and maintain a healthy atmosphere
• Gather and relay user feedback and pain points to the team

CustDev and Research:

• Conduct user interviews
• Extract insights for product and marketing

Community Activities:

• Organize live streams, events, challenges, contests
• Develop UGC and engagement

Growth and Retention:

• Increase community activity
• Work on retention through communication
• Form a core of loyal users

Team Interaction:

• Relay insights to product, marketing, CRM
• Participate in launching new features and events
• Be responsible for results

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in community management
• Experience managing international social media
• Background in gaming or digital products
• Management of Instagram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, X
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution
• Conducting CustDev and interviews
• Understanding of engagement and retention metrics
• English language — C1 and above
