Content Lead

Description

We are looking for a hands-on Content Lead with a strong writing and editing background to build content production processes across teams and bring consistency to our brand communications. You’ll coordinate contributors, establish editorial standards, and create practical workflows from briefing to delivery. Alongside this, you’ll write and edit content yourself and use AI to improve production speed and quality. You’ll work with content contributors across the business to build AI-assisted workflows and shape how content is produced. As the function develops, there is room to build a dedicated team and grow into a Head of Content role with broader ownership.

What You’ll Do

Content Coordination & Production

• Bring visibility and structure to content produced across marketing teams
• Align priorities, maintain a content backlog, and coordinate assignments
• Establish workflows for briefing, production, review, approval, and delivery.
• Work with Brand, Design, Product, Performance Marketing, Business Development, and CRM to clarify requests and agree on deliverables.
• Balance planned work with ad hoc requests and take ownership of delivery.

Brand Voice & Editorial Standards

• Develop and apply a consistent tone of voice across channels and formats.
• Create practical messaging guidelines, terminology, examples, and editorial checklists.
• Review contributors’ work for quality and consistency, and coordinate localisation to preserve meaning and tone.

Hands-on Writing & Editing

• Write, edit, and improve content across landing pages, campaigns, CRM communications, articles, and other marketing channels.
• Turn financial topics, product information, and business briefs into clear, accurate, and engaging content for the intended audience.
• Partner with the Head of Design to ensure copy and visuals work together.
• Work with Compliance and subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and meet regulatory requirements while keeping content readable.

AI-Assisted Content Production

• Use AI for drafting, rewriting, editing, research support, and content adaptation.
• Build reusable prompts, reference materials, and workflows to make production faster and more consistent.
• Critically review AI output for facts, structure, tone, and relevance, recognising where specialist input or substantial rewriting is needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and scale content production.

Requirements

• A strong hands-on background in copywriting, editing, UX writing, or a related content role, supported by a portfolio.
• Experience writing or editing financial content and the ability to explain financial topics accurately to different audiences.
• Excellent written English and strong editorial judgement across tone, structure, clarity, and messaging.
• Experience coordinating content delivery, contributors, and stakeholders, with the ability to build processes where they are still developing.
• Practical experience using AI for professional content work and critically evaluating its output.
• Strong prioritisation skills and willingness to combine substantial writing and editing with coordination and process improvement.
• Previous people-management experience or a formal Lead title is not required. This role can suit a strong senior copywriter or editor ready to take on broader ownership.

• Experience in crypto, trading, brokerage, or investment-related content.
• Experience developing tone-of-voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, or editorial standards.
• Experience working with Design and Compliance or Legal teams.
• Experience with multilingual content and localisation.
• Experience coordinating freelancers or agencies.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, or quality checks.
• Basic scripting or automation skills.

The process includes a recruiter conversation followed by an interview with the hiring manager, where we’ll discuss a few short practical cases together. We’ll ask you to review our products and selected landing pages beforehand. No take-home assignment is planned.
