Join Retail Redevelopment as a CRM Manager to support sales, ensure quality communication standards, and enhance customer service in a night shift role.
Description
Retail Redevelopment is an international company in the real estate sector, specializing in property management and leasing on the international market. We develop projects in various countries and create effective solutions in commercial real estate, building long-term relationships with partners and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support sales managers in daily operations and assist in resolving issues
- Monitor the quality of managers' work and adherence to established communication standards with clients
- Prepare feedback based on call reviews
- Collaborate with the sales department to improve workflows
- Participate in optimizing sales department processes and enhancing customer service quality
Requirements
- English language proficiency at C1–C2 level — fluent written and spoken
- Experience in IT and with CRM systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
- Systematic approach to working with large volumes of information
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to quickly learn new programs and tools
